I'm Kat, the founder and self taught baker behind Belmont House Cakery. My love of baking started with spending many late nights in the kitchen with my beloved Mum. Her coffee and walnut cake could not be beaten and I happily would help her create and lick the spoon when necessary!

 

She was such a huge inspiration to me, when she passed away from breast cancer in 2006 I made it my goal to make her proud and carry on the love of baking she had instilled in me.

 

Upon meeting my wonderful husband and having our darling baby boy in 2015 I knew I had to give my dream my all and so Belmont House Cakery was born!

 

All of Belmont House Cakery's creations are hand crafted with care from the freshest ingredients,and I am dedicated to showcasing all of the bakes I create that are visually stunning but also taste delicious.

I value each and every project I take on and always try to create something unique and personal for my clients. I'm passionate about creating bakes for special occasions including weddings, christenings, baby showers, birthday parties and corporate events.
